Compounding is the preparation of a customized medication by a pharmacist according to a doctor's specifications to meet an individual patient need.
Who makes a compound?
One of our specially trained and highly knowledgeable pharmacists or Board Certified Pharmacy Technicians prepares the compounded prescriptions.
How do I order a compound?
Prescriptions can be called in, mailed, faxed or electronically sent straight to the pharmacy from your doctor's office. Prescriptions can also be brought in directly to Klein's Pharmacy. New compounds are generally ready for pickup or delivery within 2-3 business days. Compound refills will be ready within 5-7 business days.

What is your return policy?
State law dictates that once a prescription medication leaves the premises of a pharmacy, it can no longer be returned.
Non-prescription products can be returned unopened and unworn.
